About Me
With nearly two decades of experience with mental health services, I’ve guided clients in La Grange and across Illinois through anxiety, depression, guilt, grief, and the sense of losing oneself while caring for everyone else. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches that help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect—so you can start to feel more balanced, confident, and in control again.
I believe therapy isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried under stress, pressure, or expectation. Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, managing caregiver responsibilities, facing career or relationship transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’ll help you build tools and insights that bring calm to the chaos.
Together, we’ll focus on small, meaningful shifts that lead to real change.
How I Work
Every person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to your needs, values, and goals. My approach combines warmth, authenticity, and collaboration with practical, results-oriented strategies.
You can expect your telehealth sessions to feel supportive, structured, and grounded in compassion—not judgment. My role as a licensed social worker and mental health therapist is to help adults near La Grange, IL develop coping strategies, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
